Provide you with INSTANT computer updates of all new listings as soon as they appear on the market by email or fax, including pictures and details of new listings from all the real estate companies, geared to your requirements. If you do not have a computer, no fear, I will call you personally and keep you current guaranteed!.
5. Co-ordinate and show you homes to suit your schedule. Answer all questions you may have and disclose all available sensitive information about the property to you.
6. Provide the latest market data on your areas of choice. Provide you with a easy to understand market analysis of the property you select.
7. Explain to you and prepare an Offer to Purchase on your behalf. Recommend clauses for your Offer to protect your interests.
8. Our discussions are kept strictly confidential unless otherwise authorized by you.
9. Negotiate aggressively all Offers as you instruct me to do.
10. Recommend and co-ordinate for you, mortgage approvals, building inspections and lawyers.
11. Co-ordinate and verify with you all the details of your move from the transaction costs to the moving van, even trades people. Just move in and enjoy!
